Meet Jillian
Jillian Mazur is an artist, teacher, and the founder of the studio. Possessing over 15 years of teaching experience across preschool to adult levels, Jillian holds a degree in art education and a BFA in painting from West Virginia University. She’s attended classical Atelier's at the Ryder Studio (Santa Fe) and Studio Escalier (Paris, France) starting in 2015. Her passion for both art and learning drives her to enthusiastically share her knowledge with students of all ages.
Outside of teaching, Jillian enjoys time with her husband Toby, daughter Sylvie, and their two cats, Esteban Bleu and Poppy Louisa, often incorporating them into her classes.
Meet Jessica
Jessica McClurg, a former student of Jillian's, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from Seton Hill University (Greensburg, PA). This year marks her 4th year leading camps at J.F. Mazur Studio. Jessica is passionate about witnessing students' inspiration and enthusiasm for their projects, as well as their discovery of new art materials. Her greatest joy in working with children is seeing their proud reactions to their completed artwork.

Meet Natalie
Natalie mixes logical, systematic methods with experimental, otherworldly visuals. She draws on her love of science and strong color skills. She has collaborated with designers, production teams, and creative firms across fashion, interiors, theater, film, and TV. She has taught art workshops for kids and adults in New York and Santa Fe; her favorite part of teaching kids is seeing their natural sense of color and freedom of expression. Natalie lives with her husband Mariano, a photographer, and their two daughters; together they make room for creativity at home.

Meet Lizzy
Lizzy Wetzel is a Santa Fe based artist, facilitator, and creative events producer with over a decade of art teaching experience. She is passionate about encouraging creative connection through acts of making, intuitive play and collaborative exploration. She is an avid believer in the transformational power found in imagination, humor, and breathtaking landscape.
